For this project, I conducted a site analysis of College Square in downtown Athens, Georgia and developed multiple design iterations based on incremental 3% interventions. Each iteration introduced a targeted, small-scale modification focused on a specific user group or spatial objective. This process allowed me to better understand the site’s context, layered uses, and spatial dynamics while testing how subtle changes could influence the overall experience of the square.

Building on insights from these explorations, I developed a comprehensive master plan that synthesized the most effective strategies from the previous iterations. Throughout the process, I worked efficiently and produced rapid sketches including plans, sections, and perspectives to quickly generate, evaluate, and refine design ideas.
